Our team is professionally trained and dedicated to providing personalized care services for our consumers ages 3 yrs and up, ensuring their safety and well-being with comprehensive evaluations and following personal plan goals. Our direct care providers assist with baths/showers, potty training/toileting, feeding, meal preparation, medication administration (validated), incontinence care, PEFA(feeding tube) .
